| Getting started is easy: |
- Complete an application (you can come to our office and we will assist you with filling it out or you can get started at home)
- Review the list of required documentation to make sure you bring everything we will need to help you.
- Turn in your application during walk-in hours or make an appointment. MCHP staff will work with you to help you enroll in programs for which you or your family may be eligible.
