Shaun Raleigh has been with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in several roles currently serving as the Manager of Provider Relations, leading the local team of provider consultants who recruit new providers and maintain the integrity of the provider network for BCBSM. She previously managed their 55+ person call center and a team of provider field consultants to ensure provider network integrity for the organization. Duties included managing budgets, reporting, legal issues, establishing policies and procedures, developing employees, liaison with internal departments, and contributing to provider initiatives.  Prior to joining BCBSM she also managed a physician office, and was practice administrator at Renal Associates guaranteeing compliance on multiple practices and protocols.  Shaun has a BS from University of Nebraska, a MBA from University of Phoenix and is an instructor at Ross Medical Education Center.
