Jim Fisher is the manager at the Louis Padnos Iron & Metal Company, running the scrap aluminum trading and brokerage division for the company.  He previously was President and co-owner of Fisher Steel, a family-owned and operated scrap metal recycling company which was sold to Louis Padnos Iron & Metal Company in March, 1999.  A well known community catalyst for change, he sits on several boards in Muskegon County currently serving as President of Talent 2025, past president of Muskegon County Rotary Club and is a charter board member of WayPoint Academy.  A graduate of Mona Shores High School, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
